AbstractShahin Hadian from Fleet Feet Sports, Knoxville, will share his knowledge on starting a SMART running program and how to take your running program to the next level.
Whether you are a beginner runner or an experienced one, learn how to prevent injuries when increasing speed and distance. He will discuss good running form and the impact of postural alignment on your performance.
Hadian is an avid triathlete and runner who completed two ironmans, 14 marathons, six half-marathons and a variety of other short races last year while training over 300 clients to meet their goals, from a 5K to a Goofy Challenge.
