Our group worked on a lesson plan for their high school program that entailed
computer graphics and molecular animation. These techniques are widely used in the
television and film industries. Several members of the Life Sciences Division made
detailed presentations of their current research projects in such topics as:

1) The Human Genome,
2) Nano-Biology,
3) Biohazard-Detectors,
4) Bio-Energy Fuels
5) and an interesting diversion into Astrophysics.

They also had a tour of the Mouse House and the Spallation Neutron Source (SNS).
They were given detailed information about college admission programs for specialized schools
in computer graphics and animation, which merge the disciplines of Computer Graphics,
Mathematics and Art.
