Research divisions that handle protected cooperative research and development agreement information or private company proprietary information must ensure that proprietary information is being handled correctly under terms of a new procedure, “Identification, Use, and Handling of Protected CRADA Information and Proprietary Information Acquired or Related to Research and Development Activities at ORNL.”
