Proposals

The RESolution Proposals module provides a collaborative environment for ORNL staff to develop and request approval for federal and non-federal Strategic Partnership Projects (SPP) and Cooperative Research and Development Agreement (CRADA) proposals. The module improves the proposal development process by:

• Enables proposal collaboration for Principal Investigators (PIs), Division Proposal Coordinators (DPCs), Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and other collaborators
• Enables discussions/vetting of proposal ideas early in the process
• Allows ORNL staff to interact only with RESolution during creation phase, while simultaneously integrating with the SPPS
• Provides collaborative editing of proposal package attachments and other supporting documents using Office Online
• Includes granular security controls for the proposal workspace
• Provides internal screenings before submitting proposals for official approval
